Praeses Secures Air Force Data Fusion Contract With $79 Million Ceiling
Praeses secured a five year Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract supporting Air Force Global Strike Command, with an initial ceiling of $79 million, the company said in a press release. The General Services Administration issued the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract as a single award vehicle.
The contract allows Air Force Global Strike Command and other eligible US government customers to buy Praeses data fusion, management, and AI analytics products and services. The systems combine information from multiple sources and provide visualization, predictive analytics, and large language model capabilities.
The award supports work in Battlespace Awareness, Joint All Domain Command and Control, and Nuclear Command, Control and Communications. Phase III contracts are used to move technology created through the federal research program into operational use.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
