PointClickCare Launches Vox Advantage for Senior Care Documentation
PointClickCare announced in a press release the limited availability launch of Vox Advantage, an ambient AI voice documentation tool built into its Senior Care EHR. The company said the product will be commercially available in October 2026.
Vox Advantage captures care interactions through an Apple or Android mobile app and converts them into clinical documentation inside the PointClickCare platform. The tool is designed for post acute and senior living care settings.
The system uses clinical context before an interaction begins, includes consent in each session, and writes documentation into the resident record. Care teams review and sign off on each note before it becomes part of the chart.
PointClickCare said early access customers, including Oak Hammock at the University of Florida, are taking part in independent time studies. Results are expected this fall and will measure documentation completeness, timeliness, and staff satisfaction.
