PointClickCare has launched Chart Advisor, an AI-driven tool for skilled nursing facilities, and revealed a refreshed brand identity at the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.

PointClickCare has introduced its new AI-powered solution, Chart Advisor, and unveiled a refreshed brand identity at the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo in Las Vegas, announced in a press release.

Chart Advisor is designed for skilled nursing facilities to identify high-risk situations, manage incident risks, and close documentation gaps. The AI system integrates directly into electronic health records, providing real-time insights within the clinician workflow.

The tool helps care teams detect incidents quickly, ensure proper documentation, and reduce exposure to regulatory or litigation penalties. PointClickCare plans to make Chart Advisor commercially available to skilled nursing organizations across the U.S. in the coming months.

Alongside the product launch, the company also revealed a new brand identity, reflecting its ongoing focus on AI-driven innovations for healthcare providers.
