Plutus Launches AI Platform for Life and Annuity Operations

Plutus has launched an agentic AI platform for life and annuity operations. The platform runs inside ServiceNow and includes six agentic solutions for transaction workflows, controls, and policy remediation.

Plutus Technology Solutions Inc. has launched the Plutus Agentic Platform for Life and Annuity Operations, the company announced in a press release.

The platform runs inside ServiceNow and is powered by Plutus Atlas, a semantic layer for insurance data. Plutus says the system connects information across policies, participants, products, and financial obligations used by life and annuity carriers.

The launch includes six agentic solutions. Money Out Distribution, Money Out Withdrawal, and Loan Payout handle transaction workflows. NIGO Agentic Assist and Quality Check Agentic Assist cover document review and case quality checks. Orphaned Policy Agentic Assist scans active policies for agent status changes and routes accounts for follow up.

The platform is available now for pilot deployments in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Plutus also said Beneficiary Change Agentic Assist and New Business Agentic Assist are currently being built.
