PL-Universe Robotics has introduced its ProWhite Robot 2.0 and PL-WitHand dexterous hand at JD.com’s Beijing headquarters, alongside announcing a global online sales partnership with JD.com for overseas expansion.

PL-Universe Robotics has unveiled its new industrial-grade embodied robot, the ProWhite Robot 2.0, and the PL-WitHand dexterous hand, announced in a press release. The launch took place on November 1, 2025, at JD.com’s headquarters in Beijing, marking the start of a strategic global online sales partnership between the two companies.

The ProWhite Robot 2.0 is designed for industrial manufacturing, featuring high precision, adaptability, and value-added process capabilities. It supports multiple manufacturing tasks through four self-developed end effectors for locking, dispensing, oiling, and soldering, all integrating real-time visual positioning and control.

PL-WitHand, described as the world’s first industrial-grade hybrid-driven dexterous hand, uses a tendon-linkage hybrid transmission system and the company’s ProxiGrasp intelligent grasping algorithm to achieve 20 degrees of freedom for near-human dexterity.

The collaboration with JD.com extends beyond sales to include overseas expansion and service system development, aimed at promoting embodied AI robot industrialization across multiple sectors.
