Ping An Good Doctor Adds AI Exercise Coaching and Medical Translation

Ping An Good Doctor expanded its AI healthcare services with movement tracking for exercise and rehabilitation, plus medical translation and care coordination for international patients.

Ping An Good Doctor detailed upgrades to its AI healthcare services in a press release. The company added movement tracking and coaching to its AI Doctor service while piloting multilingual care coordination in Shenzhen.

Ping An Smart Private Coach tracks 34 points on the body and gives feedback during exercise and rehabilitation sessions at home. It covers seven categories, including posture correction, chronic pain rehabilitation, postpartum recovery and Baduanjin.

Ping An GlobalCare supports registration with phone numbers from 198 countries and regions. Its translation engine handles medical terminology in 19 languages, while the service combines online assessment, case coordination and assistance at hospitals. The company’s AI business accounted for about 4.6% of gross profit in the first half of 2026.
