Pia Announces Strategic Reorganization and Leadership Changes

Pia has announced a strategic reorganization to align its go-to-market functions and appointed Nic Ferraro as Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth.

Pia has announced a strategic reorganization to position the company for its next phase of growth, announced in a press release. The changes include restructuring the go-to-market (GTM) division and appointing key leadership roles to enhance service delivery for managed service providers (MSPs).

Effective immediately, Pia is unifying all GTM functions, such as sales, marketing, and partner success, under a single vision. This move aims to foster cohesive efforts towards common growth objectives and partner-focused outcomes. Nic Ferraro, previously Pia's Chief Strategy Officer, has been appointed as the company's first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Ferraro's extensive experience includes serving as the founding Chief Customer Officer at Virtual IT Group, where he led significant revenue growth.

The reorganization also includes the elevation of James Allen to Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where he will lead a new team targeting larger-scale mid-market-enterprise MSPs. Additionally, Pia is forming a dedicated technical sales team to focus on pre- and technical sales functions, aiming to improve sales conversion rates and reduce sales cycle times.
