Phi Earth and LatConnect 60 Connect Satellite and Field Data for Nature Projects
Phi Earth and LatConnect 60 have formed a strategic partnership to connect satellite Earth Observation data with field observations for nature based projects, the companies announced in a press release.
The partnership will combine LatConnect 60's Earth Observation capabilities with Phi Earth's digital monitoring, reporting and verification platform. The companies said the work will support an Earth Observation enabled Digital Twin that links satellite data with validated field intelligence.
The system is intended to create a feedback loop between orbital data and field measurements. Field observations will be used to validate satellite insights, while satellite data will support ongoing monitoring and reporting for project teams.
The initial work will cover projects in Malaysia and Australia across biomass and regenerative agriculture. Early applications include napier grass, sweet sorghum and agave.
