PharmaForceIQ Launches Optichannel 360 for Pharma Commercial Teams
PharmaForceIQ announced in a press release the launch of Optichannel 360, an AI native commercial execution platform for pharmaceutical commercial teams. The platform connects field sales and digital marketing with workflows for measurement, decisioning, approval, and execution.
The first packaged capability is a measurement answer to action workflow. It lets teams ask performance questions, review sourced answers at the NPI level, and route approved next steps back into execution workflows.
PharmaForceIQ said Optichannel 360 uses a connected decision model across field and digital channels, based on more than 200 million industry contextual data points. The company is rolling out the platform first to existing clients.
