Persivia has announced a significant milestone with a $107 million investment from Aldrich Capital Partners and the issuance of a U.S. patent for its Health Data Processing System, announced in a press release. This dual achievement is set to enhance Persivia's AI-driven digital health platform, CareSpace®, which utilizes the patented Soliton® AI engine to provide real-time, actionable insights for healthcare providers.

The investment, completed at the end of February, will enable Persivia to expand its platform capabilities and accelerate its market presence. The newly patented technology is designed to streamline healthcare workflows by integrating clinical, claims, social, and operational data into a unified system, thereby improving decision-making and patient care.

Dr. Mansoor Khan, CEO of Persivia, emphasized the importance of this development, stating that the company is now well-positioned to address some of healthcare's toughest challenges with its AI-first approach. The CareSpace® platform supports a wide range of healthcare needs, from data management to virtual care, and aims to facilitate the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care models.
