Persistent Systems Expands in Eastern Europe with Concise Integration

Persistent Systems announced an agreement to integrate over 90 professionals from Tallinn-based Concise to expand its Eastern European presence and establish delivery centers in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia.

Persistent Systems announced in a press release the signing of an agreement to expand its Eastern European operations by integrating more than 90 professionals from Concise, a software engineering and IT consulting company based in Tallinn, Estonia. The move is subject to closing conditions and will strengthen Persistent’s nearshore delivery network across Europe.

The integration will establish new delivery centers in Tallinn and Tartu, expanding Persistent’s regional footprint and enhancing its ability to support enterprises with AI driven platform transformation and modernization of large scale digital infrastructure. The new teams will contribute expertise in distributed systems, product engineering, and cloud native technologies.

According to Persistent, Estonia’s digital ecosystem and technology talent base will provide a foundation for developing solutions in mobility, logistics, smart infrastructure, and connected ecosystems. The company stated the expansion will also deepen collaboration with a strategic customer in the enterprise mobility segment.

Concise’s team brings experience in building platforms that support high volume, real time environments. The integration is expected to create new opportunities for engineers within Persistent’s global ecosystem while maintaining continuity for existing clients.
