This collaboration aims to accelerate early-career development, strengthen mid-career transitions, and equip the global workforce with skills needed for an AI-driven economy.

The partnership will leverage generative and agentic AI to enhance Pearson's platforms and products, including learner experiences and applications. Cognizant will implement cloud-native solutions with a microservices architecture, utilizing its Flowsource™, Agent Foundry, and Neuro® SAN solutions to improve Pearson's AI capabilities.

Together, the companies will develop AI-powered learning, assessments, and workforce skilling programs. These initiatives will incorporate technologies such as augmented reality and conversational AI to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Pearson's talent solutions, including Credly, Faethm, and Talent Lens, will support digital credentials and workforce analytics in Cognizant's development programs.

The collaboration will also focus on redefining learning and global workforce transformation. Cognizant will offer Pearson's products and services to its clients, helping them plan for future technological impacts and identify skill gaps. This partnership aims to redesign roles, build new skilling pathways, and provide custom training across various domains.
