PAR Introduces AI Report Writer for School Psychologists
PAR, Inc. has launched AI Report Writer, a secure and customizable tool designed to assist school psychologists and private practice clinicians in producing psychoeducational reports more efficiently, announced in a press release.
The AI Report Writer integrates with PARiConnect to support a range of PAR and third-party assessments within a single workflow. It automatically extracts scores and key details from uploaded files, reducing setup and data entry time. The tool enables clinicians to customize drafts, allowing for professional judgment in tone and depth.
PAR stated that users can cut report writing time by about half, saving frequent users an average of six hours per week. The solution operates entirely within PARiConnect’s private environment and complies with SOC 2, HIPAA, and FERPA standards. Data is processed using tokenization and is not shared with public AI systems.
The first available report type, the PsychEd Report, supports psychoeducational evaluations, IEP planning, and IDEA eligibility for PreK–12 students. The tool is now available through PAR’s website.
