Palo Alto Networks Launches Managed XSIAM 2.0 with Breach Response Guarantee

Palo Alto Networks has introduced Unit 42 Managed XSIAM 2.0, a managed security operations center (SOC) service that combines AI-driven automation with continuous expert oversight, announced in a press release. The offering includes a breach response guarantee providing customers with 250 hours of incident response support.

Built on the company’s Cortex XSIAM platform, MSIAM 2.0 delivers 24/7 monitoring, proactive threat hunting, and engineering management. The service is designed to help organizations close the skills gap in cybersecurity by providing immediate SOC maturity without requiring internal staffing or migration from existing tools.

The new version supports third-party endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems and integrates with existing SOC tools, allowing customers to maintain operational continuity while adopting the managed service. The Breach Response Guarantee covers incident response time to mitigate the impact of potential security breaches.

MSIAM 2.0 is available globally through Palo Alto Networks and its network of partners, with additional managed offerings built on the Cortex XSIAM platform.
