Oracle and Meta in Talks for $20 Billion AI Cloud Deal

Oracle is negotiating a $20 billion cloud computing deal with Meta to provide computing power for AI model training and deployment.

Oracle Corporation is currently in discussions with Meta Platforms, Inc. for a cloud computing deal valued at approximately $20 billion. This multiyear agreement would see Oracle providing Meta with the necessary computing power to train and deploy artificial intelligence models.

The potential contract highlights Oracle's growing role as a significant provider of AI computing capacity, competing with other major cloud service providers. This deal would add to Oracle's series of successful cloud infrastructure agreements, including previous collaborations with Meta and other AI-focused companies.

While the terms of the deal are still under negotiation and subject to change, the agreement underscores the increasing demand for cloud computing resources to support AI advancements. Both companies have yet to comment on the ongoing discussions.
