Opus IVS Introduces AI-Powered Blueprint Copilot for Repair Planning
Opus IVS announced in a press release the launch of Blueprint Copilot, an AI-enhanced repair planning assistant built on its ADAS MAP platform. The tool is designed to help repair shops generate more accurate and efficient repair plans by analyzing vehicle build data, estimates, and repair orders in real time.
According to Opus IVS, Blueprint Copilot connects with the company’s diagnostic ecosystem to deliver repair insights that guide estimators and planners through each stage of the repair process. The system leverages data from more than 12,000 users of the ADAS MAP platform and incorporates learnings from millions of repair outcomes to identify required calibrations, OEM procedures, and operations before teardown.
The company stated that the platform is continuously improved through proprietary data intelligence and aims to streamline decision-making for modern vehicle repairs. Opus IVS will showcase Blueprint Copilot at SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas.
Opus IVS said the new solution supports its broader portfolio of diagnostic and calibration technologies used by over 65,000 repair shops and dealerships worldwide.
