ONTO Health Acquires LEVY Health to Expand Fertility and Longevity Care

ONTO Health has acquired LEVY Health to scale its physician-led fertility and longevity care services, following a $20 million Series A funding round. The acquisition will accelerate ONTO Health’s expansion in the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

ONTO Health has acquired LEVY Health, a clinical decision support company specializing in precision diagnostics and patient intake for reproductive medicine, announced in a press release. The acquisition follows ONTO Health’s $20 million Series A funding and supports the company’s expansion across the United States and into the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

LEVY Health’s software infrastructure will become the technological foundation for ONTO Health’s fertility and longevity care network. The integration will allow clinics to identify endocrine disorders more efficiently and streamline fertility workups.

ONTO Health, founded by Dr. Roohi Jeelani, is advancing its use of AI to assist clinical decision-making in diagnostics, automation, and individualized care. LEVY Health’s co-founder and CEO Caroline Mitterdorfer said the partnership will extend their tools to a broader network of clinicians and patients, enabling more precise and accessible fertility services.
