Novatae Risk Group Appoints Anju Arora as VP of Data and Innovation
Novatae Risk Group has appointed Anju Arora as Vice President of Data, Business Intelligence, and Innovation, announced in a press release. In this newly created role, Arora will oversee Novatae's data-driven transformation, focusing on business intelligence, analytics, and innovation programs that align with the company's growth objectives.
Arora, who assumed her role on July 15, 2025, brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in actuarial science, regulatory compliance, and product development. Her previous roles include positions at Ethos Specialty, AXA XL, The Hartford, and Deloitte.
As part of the executive leadership team, Arora will work closely with President Nick Greggains to enhance collaboration between actuarial, underwriting, claims, and technology teams, aiming to drive sustainable growth and profitability for Novatae.
