Notta Adds MCP and Command Line Tools for AI Agents

Notta has released MCP and command line tools that give AI agents access to meeting transcripts, summaries, recordings and transcription workflows.

Notta announced in a press release that it has introduced Notta MCP and Notta CLI. The tools give AI agents access to meeting transcripts, completed summaries and recordings without manual exports.

Notta MCP connects compatible agents to the platform through the Model Context Protocol. Agents such as Codex, Claude Code and Cursor can retrieve transcripts, summaries and meeting records for use alongside project files and documents.

Notta CLI provides command line access for users, scripts and terminal capable agents. It can check transcription progress, upload audio and video for transcription, download exports, and retrieve transcripts or media.

Both tools became available to users on all plans on September 23, 2026. They require a Notta account and authorization. Notta MCP also requires a client that supports local MCP connections, while Notta CLI runs in a terminal.
