NEXA Lending Acquires UMortgage

NEXA Lending has acquired UMortgage, adding more than $2 billion in annual mortgage volume and bringing founder Anthony Casa into NEXA as an Executive Partner. UMortgage will keep its brand while gaining access to NEXA's lender network, infrastructure, and agentic AI platform.

NEXA Lending has acquired UMortgage, adding more than $2 billion in annual mortgage volume to its organization, the company announced in a press release. UMortgage founder and CEO Anthony Casa will join NEXA as an Executive Partner.

UMortgage will keep its brand, marketing, and culture under the deal. The company will gain access to NEXA's scale, lender relationships, national infrastructure, and fully agentic AI platform.

NEXA said organizations operating within its platform can keep control of client relationships, retain all revenue generated through their business, participate in monthly servicing income, and use its lender network and infrastructure. Casa previously founded the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts, helped create BRAWL, built UMortgage, and launched ARIVE.
