Netskope Sets IPO Price at $19 Per Share
Netskope has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) at $19.00 per share, announced in a press release. The company is offering 47,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock, with trading expected to commence on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 18, 2025, under the ticker symbol 'NTSK'.
The IPO is anticipated to close on September 19, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Netskope has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,170,000 shares to cover over-allotments. Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are leading the book-running managers for the offering, with additional support from BMO Capital Markets, TD Cowen, and others.
Nasdaq will host the trading of Netskope's shares, marking a significant step for the cybersecurity firm known for its cloud security solutions. The registration statement for the securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2025.
