Neno Raises €6.6 Million for AI Accounting Services in Europe
Neno announced in a company blog post that it raised €6.6 million in seed funding to build AI native financial services for small and medium businesses in Europe. The round was led by AlleyCorp, with participation from Motive Partners, Firstminute Capital, and angel investors from Juni, Mollie, Deel, PayPal, Navro, Miro, Coinbase, and Hugging Face.
Neno offers a workspace built around an agentic general ledger that combines transaction data from business bank accounts, cards, bill payments, and receivables. Its system supports reconciliation and VAT preparation for accountants, with AI agents handling tax categorization before review and approval by accountants.
The company launched in the first quarter of 2026 and has onboarded customers in SaaS, ecommerce, agencies, and horeca in the Netherlands. Neno said revenue is growing 60 percent monthly, annual contract values range from €10,000 to €180,000, and referrals account for more than 70 percent of new business.
Part of the funding will support Neno Labs, an AI Research and Progression team focused on Ambient AI. Neno describes Ambient AI as software that monitors business finances, acts within customer guardrails, and sends decisions to accountants or owners when human judgment is needed.
