NContracts Launches AI Tools for Risk and Compliance Management

Financial software provider NContracts has announced the launch of its Ntelligence product line, a set of AI-powered tools designed to enhance compliance and risk management for financial institutions.

The new suite includes two main solutions. Complaint Ntelligence extends the company’s Ncomply platform by automatically analyzing and categorizing customer complaints to detect patterns and trends that require immediate attention. It also provides guidance on remediation strategies based on identified issues.

Regression Ntelligence automates statistical modeling processes that typically require external consultants and lengthy analysis periods. The tool evaluates lending data to determine whether disparities are due to legitimate credit factors such as income and credit score or indicate potential bias, delivering results within minutes.

The company stated that these tools aim to help financial organizations manage growing data volumes and respond more quickly to compliance demands by transforming raw information into actionable insights.
