Navara Technologies acquired PieQ, adding its FLOW agentic AI platform and expanding into biosecurity, government and insurance.

Navara Technologies acquired PieQ, adding its FLOW agentic AI platform, the company said in a press release.

FLOW connects enterprise data, policies and other information sources to automate decisions and operational workflows. Navara plans to use the technology across biosecurity, government, insurance and services for small and medium businesses.

The planned products include tools for insurance commission reconciliation, payout management, policy workflows and agent portals. Navara will also apply PieQ's technology to accounting automation, reconciliation and operational reporting. PieQ founder and CEO Bhavik Patel will join Navara's board of directors.
