Movano and Corvex to Merge, Forming Secure AI Infrastructure Platform

Movano Inc. and Corvex, Inc. have agreed to merge in an all-stock transaction to create a platform focused on secure AI infrastructure and high-performance inference, with the deal expected to close in early 2026.

Movano Inc. and Corvex, Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement to merge in an all-stock transaction, announced in a press release. The combined company will focus on secure AI infrastructure and high-performance inference capabilities.

Corvex, which specializes in GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, will lead the new entity through its existing management team. The merger has been unanimously approved by the boards of both companies.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, pending customary closing conditions. The merged company will continue development of Corvex’s Amplified AI Cloud platform, designed to support AI performance and security requirements.
