Movable Ink has launched Programmatic CRM, a new suite of AI and agent capabilities for automated and personalized customer engagement, announced in a press release. The new offering enhances Movable Ink Studio and Da Vinci with expanded tools for dynamic content creation and cross-channel optimization.
Programmatic CRM allows marketers to design and deliver personalized experiences across email, mobile, and web. It introduces Da Vinci Mobile, which applies AI decisioning to SMS and push notifications, using insights from email engagement to optimize mobile content while maintaining unified workflows and analytics.
The release also includes the Studio Designer Assistant, a conversational AI tool that helps marketers create dynamic text and custom properties through natural language prompts. This no-code feature enables faster campaign production and easier personalization setup.
Movable Ink has further added Studio Web, which extends its programmatic approach to web experiences. It enables brands to use real-time data to personalize landing pages, banners, and other web modules, integrating with platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, and WordPress.
