MindWalk Holdings gave the first public demonstration of ReefIQ, its biological context layer for AI drug discovery, at AMD's Advancing AI 2026 event in San Francisco, the company said in a press release. The demo ran on AMD Instinct and appeared in the AMD Instinct Demo Showcase.

ReefIQ is designed to connect fragmented discovery data into governed, searchable biological context. The company said the platform can organize sequences, structures, assay results, omics data, literature, evidence, provenance, and program history so AI models and agents can reason over that information.

MindWalk describes its system as three layers. HYFT Technology provides the biological representation foundation, ReefIQ organizes and governs the context, and LensAI applies analytical workflows.

The company said LensAI is already used in contracted recurring arrangements with life sciences customers. MindWalk also said its representation spans 660 million biological patterns and 25 billion relationships built over 20 years of curation.
