LiveTwin combines infrastructure data, models and operational systems to support AI analysis, automation and decision support.

Michael Baker International launches LiveTwin, a digital twin platform for critical infrastructure, the company said in a press release. The platform creates digital representations of facilities, campuses and infrastructure by connecting assets, models, systems and operational data.

LiveTwin combines building information modeling, geographic information systems, reality capture, internet connected devices, enterprise systems and workflows in one operational view. Its AI features provide analysis, automation and decision support using the connected data.

The platform is already used across more than 1,400 US facilities covering over 30 million square feet. Michael Baker said early users were able to start using it within minutes, while some reported performance exceeding 20 times that of the systems they replaced.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
