Meshy AI has raised nearly 400 million dollars in a Series B round at a 1.5 billion dollar valuation, announced in a press release. The round included participation from leading global investors and marks the largest funding event to date for a company focused on AI 3D technology.

Meshy reported that its 3D creation tools enable users to generate ready-to-use models from text or images in about a minute. The company has grown to more than 12 million registered users, with over 100 million models created and annual recurring revenue increasing twelvefold year over year.

The company introduced several product updates. Meshy 3D Agent transforms text, images, or sketches into print-ready 3D models compatible with game engines and major 3D printing systems. Auto Split offers one-click part separation for printing, automatically repairing models for assembly. Smart Topology generates models with controllable polygon counts for games and web use, while 8K Texture will add high resolution texture generation.

Meshy’s tools are used by major technology companies, gaming firms such as Nexon and NetEase Games, and 3D printing brands like Bambu Lab and Creality. The company stated that funding from the round will support research and development and expansion into global markets.
