Merck KGaA Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Use

Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, has chosen Veeva Vault CRM for its global operations to support data connectivity and consistent processes across its healthcare business.

Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, has committed worldwide to using Veeva Systems' Vault CRM, announced in a press release. The company will integrate Veeva Vault CRM into its digital ecosystem to strengthen data connectivity and maintain consistent processes across business functions.

According to Merck KGaA's CIO Healthcare, the system will provide flexibility as the company’s operating model evolves. Veeva stated that Vault CRM will embed customer centricity and agentic AI directly into workflows.

Vault CRM is part of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite, which supports commercial execution. It includes Vault AI for CRM, a set of AI agents designed to improve commercial efficiency and effectiveness.
