MeetKai Plans Sovereign AI Rollout Across Six Countries

Sep 26, 2026
MeetKai plans to deploy its sovereign AI platform in Brazil, Ukraine, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Bangladesh. The rollout includes a national scale AI data center in Ukraine with initial capacity planned for 2027.

MeetKai said in a press release it will roll out its sovereign AI platform across Brazil, Ukraine, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Bangladesh. The MK-A1 SOVIA platform and locally trained models will run on accelerated computing, networking and software from NVIDIA.

In Brazil, MeetKai Brasil will deploy the platform after winning a public tender from SERPRO, the federal government technology provider. The deployment includes locally trained models and a coding agent for secure workflows, with data processing hosted inside Brazil.

MeetKai and Kyivstar plan to build Ukraine's first national scale AI factory. Initial capacity is planned for 2027, and the facility is designed to expand from 15 MW to 100 MW. It will host Ukrainian language models and provide computing and AI services to government agencies, infrastructure operators, companies and Kyivstar customers.

The remaining deployments will involve VEON and its local operators in Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Bangladesh. MeetKai and each local operator will run the sites and train local engineers to manage and extend them.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
