MDPI's journal portfolio is now indexed in Scite and available through its MCP service for use in Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools.

In a press release, Research Solutions and MDPI said MDPI's full journal portfolio is now indexed in Scite and available through the Scite MCP. Researchers can discover the publisher's open access articles through Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other tools that support MCP.

Scite provides citation context through its Smart Citations feature and links AI responses to the authoritative article on MDPI's platform. Research Solutions manages the indexing, content transformation, authentication, and integration.

MDPI will receive article level analytics showing which content is accessed, the organizations accessing it, and the AI platforms involved. The Scite MCP has processed more than 22 million requests, with monthly request volume growing by more than 30 percent each month.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
