McGraw Hill Adds AI Study Tools to Connect
McGraw Hill announced in a press release new AI study tools for select courses in its Connect higher education platform. The materials are grounded in assigned McGraw Hill course content and available through a new personalized hub called Learning Studio.
Students can access text summaries, podcasts, chapter overviews, key terms and ungraded knowledge checks. Text summaries can also incorporate notes that students take within Connect.
McGraw Hill is also partnering with Breakout Learning to offer guided small group discussions and solo oral assignments. Breakout Learning's platform uses AI to give students feedback and help instructors track participation and comprehension.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
