Mavrix Insurance Services has launched Millie, a proprietary AI platform for agents, insureds, and service teams, the company announced in a press release.

Millie is designed for Mavrix's centralized brokerage model. For agents and service teams, it supports intake, quote to bind work, and servicing tasks. For insureds, it provides a guided way to start a personal or commercial insurance quote and a portal for policy management.

The company said Millie is limited to servicing, communication, and administrative coordination. Underwriting and claims decisions remain with licensed agents and carriers.

Millie was built with Crux, an AI development firm that engineered the platform architecture with Mavrix operations leaders.
