MasOrange Selects Polystar for AI Analytics Across Combined Mobile Network

MasOrange has chosen Polystar, part of Elisa Industriq, to deploy a unified analytics and network probe system with AI anomaly detection across its integrated mobile network in Spain.

MasOrange has selected Elisa Polystar, part of Elisa Industriq, to deploy a unified analytics and network probe solution across its newly combined mobile network, announced in a press release.

Following the integration of two separate mobile networks, MasOrange needed a single platform to align key performance indicators, replace legacy tools, and ensure consistent visibility across its infrastructure. Polystar’s Osix Monitoring and Kalix Analytics platforms now provide this capability in a hybrid setup combining on-premises infrastructure and Google Cloud.

A key feature of the deployment is the AI Anomaly Detection module in Kalix, which identifies affected users during service disruptions and enables targeted response actions. The solution was validated through live network data simulations and demonstrations before full deployment.

The system integrates with existing analytics tools and supports future expansion, including radio access network monitoring for complete visibility across all network domains.
