MagicDoor Secures $4.5M to Automate Property Management
MagicDoor has raised $4.5 million in a seed funding round, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Okapi Venture Capital and Shadow Ventures, with participation from Motley Fool Ventures, VITALIZE Venture Capital, and Early Light Ventures. This funding will be used to accelerate product development and hiring as MagicDoor aims to enhance its AI-native platform for property management.
MagicDoor's platform is designed to streamline operations for small landlords by automating tasks such as listing vacancies, collecting rent, and dispatching maintenance. The company reports that since its launch in late 2024, it has experienced triple-digit monthly growth, with customers noting significant productivity improvements.
The funding will also support MagicDoor's ability to adopt new AI models, ensuring the platform remains adaptable and continues to improve over time. The company has also announced the addition of three new board members to guide its growth and product development.
