PALO ALTO, Calif. — In a press release, Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc. announced the launch of GRAVTY Agentic AI Compass, described as the first autonomous loyalty intelligence suite for enterprises. Built on Amazon Bedrock and powered by the company’s patented GRAVTY data fabric, Compass is designed to transform loyalty program management by delivering continuous, actionable intelligence.

The system operates as a network of specialized AI agents that function as virtual analysts, covering areas such as program performance, sentiment analysis, benchmarking, and offer testing. These agents work collaboratively to generate predictive insights and prescriptive recommendations, enabling loyalty teams to move from manual reporting to automated, real-time decision-making.

Compass integrates quantitative metrics with qualitative sentiment data, simulating outcomes before execution to support risk-aware decision-making. According to Loyalty Juggernaut, the platform provides explainable and auditable recommendations aligned with enterprise governance requirements.
