Leena AI Launches AI Colleague Studio for Enterprise Automation
Leena AI has announced the launch of its AI Colleague Studio, a workspace for designing, testing, and deploying enterprise-ready autonomous AI Colleagues, according to a press release. The platform enables organizations to build and customize AI Colleagues for back-office functions such as HR, IT, and finance, with deployment possible in less than two weeks.
The Studio provides access to pre-built AI Colleagues, including five new models configured for common enterprise workflows. These include an IT Operations Coordinator for managing software compliance and IT assets, a Time Management Specialist for HR attendance tasks, an HR Operations Specialist for employee documentation, a Recruitment Operations Associate for onboarding, and a Finance Operations Analyst for expense and invoice processing.
The workspace integrates with major enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Oracle, allowing businesses to automate cross-application workflows. The AI Colleagues operate autonomously, managing complex tasks and interacting with team members through natural language.
Leena AI’s approach centers on agentic AI, where each AI Colleague is designed with distinct roles, preferences, and memory, enabling adaptive and collaborative performance within enterprise environments.
