KPMG Unveils AI Platform 'Workbench' for Enhanced Client Services
KPMG has launched 'KPMG Workbench', a multi-agent AI platform aimed at transforming client delivery and enhancing operations across its global network, announced in a press release. Built on Microsoft technology, the platform integrates AI agents to accelerate innovation and complement human expertise.
KPMG Workbench features a network of 50 AI assistants and chatbots, with nearly a thousand more in development. These agents are designed to work with various large language models, providing quicker and more reliable solutions for clients. The platform is built on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry Services, allowing for flexible, interoperable communications between agents.
The platform supports KPMG's client delivery platforms, including KPMG Digital Gateway, KPMG Velocity, and KPMG Clara. It also ensures data sovereignty, enabling clients to maintain control over their data and meet regulatory requirements. KPMG Workbench is the first to achieve BSI/ISO 42001 certification for AI Management Systems, with each tool accredited under KPMG's Trusted AI Framework.
Private instances of KPMG Workbench are available to clients across various industries, helping them develop and manage their digital workforce. This launch marks a significant step in KPMG's AI strategy, reinforcing its commitment to leveraging advanced technology for smarter client solutions.
