KeyData Cyber Promotes Ram Paudel to Chief Financial Officer

KeyData Cyber has promoted Ram Paudel to Chief Financial Officer. Paudel, who joined the company in 2018, will oversee all financial operations and continue reporting to CEO Dustin Hoff.

KeyData Cyber has promoted Ram Paudel to Chief Financial Officer, announced in a press release. Paudel previously served as Vice President of Finance and has been part of the company's executive team for seven years.

As CFO, Paudel will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, investor relations, and strategic financial initiatives. He will continue to report directly to CEO Dustin Hoff. His leadership in financial operations supported KeyData Cyber’s recent acquisition of BeyondID.

Paudel, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, joined KeyData Cyber in 2018 as financial controller. He has led fiscal planning, internal controls, reporting, and performance optimization. In his new role, he plans to apply AI tools to improve scalability and efficiency in financial operations, supporting the company’s expansion in the cybersecurity market.
