Jobber launches Model Context Protocol integrations that let service professionals access and update business records through ChatGPT and Claude.

Jobber launches Model Context Protocol integrations for ChatGPT and Claude, the company announced in a press release. The Jobber Plugin for ChatGPT and Jobber Connector for Claude are available to all customers through the Jobber App Marketplace.

Service professionals can ask the assistants about clients, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, requests and visits. They can also update client, property and request records, while Jobber remains the system of record.

The integrations can identify approved quotes that have not been scheduled and completed jobs that have not been invoiced. They can also use information from connected services to create client, property and request records in Jobber from an email inquiry.
