JetCool Unveils Liquid Cooling System for Dell PowerEdge Servers

JetCool, a Flex company, has launched its SmartPlate System, a liquid cooling solution for Dell PowerEdge servers, offering 15% IT power savings without facility upgrades.

JetCool, a subsidiary of Flex, has introduced its new SmartPlate System, a liquid cooling solution designed for select Dell PowerEdge servers, announced in a press release. The system promises to deliver 15% IT power savings without requiring any changes to existing data center infrastructure.

The SmartPlate System is a self-contained, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solution that enhances performance and efficiency. It eliminates the need for facility water, making it suitable for colocations and facilities lacking water hookups. This innovation allows for more compute per rack while reducing power consumption and improving thermal performance.

JetCool's SmartPlate System is now available for demonstration at Dell Customer Solution Centers in Round Rock, Texas, and will be showcased at Dell Technologies World 2025 in Las Vegas. JetCool offers full-stack liquid cooling solutions, service, and support for these systems, leveraging Flex's global manufacturing capabilities.
