Latham & Watkins has announced that Jennifer Yoo has rejoined its Los Angeles office as a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice, focusing on digital health, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, and regulatory compliance.

Latham & Watkins LLP announced in a press release that Jennifer Yoo has rejoined the firm's Los Angeles office as a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

Yoo advises clients in healthcare, life sciences, and technology on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. Her work focuses on digital health, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, and emerging health data privacy laws.

She counsels public and private companies — including healthcare providers, health systems, consumer wellness firms, and medical device manufacturers — on federal, state, and industry-specific regulations. Her practice also integrates with corporate and financing work.

Yoo rejoins Latham & Watkins from Fenwick & West LLP, where she was a partner. She previously served as counsel at Latham's Los Angeles office and holds a JD and BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
