INSEAD AI Forum Examines Automation and Human Skills

INSEAD's AI Forum Americas 2026 brought business leaders, scientists, founders and policymakers to San Francisco for two days, the school said in a press release. Sessions covered workplace automation, robotics, healthcare, organizational design and the skills needed to use AI.

INSEAD introduced the Future Council, a network connecting companies, startups, investors, think tanks and academics with the school. The council will connect students and alumni with industry, bring business problems into research and support joint education programs and events.

The school also shared details about its Human and Machine Intelligence Institute. The institute is supported by a five year, €15 million gift from an alumnus and will study how AI can support human intelligence and agency.

The event was the second in INSEAD's 2026 AI Forum series, following a Europe forum in June. A Singapore forum is scheduled for October 30 to 31.
