Infrastructure AI Introduces Agentic Asset Valuation for Buildings
Infrastructure AI announced in a press release a proposed capability called Agentic Asset Valuation for its Galaxy Agentic Operating System. The capability is designed to convert current and historical building operations data into information for valuation, underwriting, insurance and investment decisions.
The system will analyze equipment performance, maintenance records, energy use, reliability indicators and broader asset conditions. Its FinTech Engine is intended to translate those signals into financial information for uses including portfolio risk monitoring, capital planning, asset financing and operational benchmarking.
Infrastructure AI says the capability will complement professional appraisals, engineering reviews, underwriting and regulatory oversight rather than replace them. The company is developing controls for data validation, cybersecurity, model governance, explainability, auditability, privacy and data ownership.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
