Infortrend Launches Enterprise Cloud for AI Transformation

Infortrend Technology has launched the Infortrend Enterprise Cloud (IEC), an all-in-one private cloud solution aimed at accelerating AI transformation across various sectors, announced in a press release. The IEC integrates computing, storage, and Kubernetes application management, providing a unified platform for running both cloud-native and traditional enterprise applications.
The IEC is equipped with high-performance dual Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC CPUs, Nvidia GPUs, and U.2 NVMe SSDs, making it suitable for resource-intensive AI workloads, including generative AI. It supports cluster computing and scalability, allowing seamless node expansion and uninterrupted service continuity as workloads increase.
One of the key features of IEC is its ability to set up the platform in under 30 minutes, significantly reducing the complexity and time associated with deploying AI applications on traditional servers. The platform also includes an Application Market for quick application launches and supports GPU optimization, including sharing and clustering, with up to 80 GPUs across 20 nodes.
IEC offers comprehensive data protection tools and capacity expansion through external Infortrend storage solutions, ensuring continuous operations and safeguarding against data loss. With these capabilities, IEC aims to simplify AI adoption and drive faster innovation across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and IT.
