Infor Launches Industry-Specific AI Agents and Cloud Migration Offer
Infor has launched a new suite of industry-specific AI solutions, announced in a press release, introducing Industry AI Agents and a cloud migration program called Infor Leap. The tools are designed to help organizations in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, and services automate workflows and accelerate AI integration.
The Infor Industry AI Agents are built on Amazon Web Services using Amazon Bedrock for access to large language models. They are designed to manage and automate operational processes by leveraging both Infor and non-Infor enterprise data. The agents use Infor’s Industry Process Catalogs and Value Maps to provide contextual understanding of industry terminology, compliance, and performance indicators.
Infor’s new Agentic Orchestrator coordinates how these agents interact with various systems and data sources, combining Amazon Bedrock for model selection, LangChain for multi-step orchestration, and built-in governance for security and auditability.
The company also introduced Infor Leap, a cloud migration offer aimed at reducing implementation delays and costs for organizations transitioning from on-premises infrastructure. In addition, Infor is enhancing its process mining tools with AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
