August 26, 2026
iManage and Thomson Reuters expanded their partnership to connect CoCounsel Legal, HighQ, Noetica, Contract Express and Legal Tracker with governed knowledge in the iManage platform.

iManage and Thomson Reuters announced an expanded strategic partnership on August 26, 2026, connecting Thomson Reuters AI, legal content and workflow products with governed organisational knowledge in the iManage platform.

The integration brings CoCounsel Legal deeper into iManage, alongside HighQ, Noetica, Contract Express and Legal Tracker. The companies said the connection will let legal professionals use Thomson Reuters tools with documents, clauses and matter content already managed in iManage.

The partnership also includes support for Model Context Protocol. The companies said approved Thomson Reuters AI tools will be able to reason from governed iManage content while preserving access controls, ethical walls and privilege boundaries.

API based integrations connecting iManage with CoCounsel Legal, HighQ, Contract Express, Noetica and Legal Tracker are available now. Model Context Protocol support for approved Thomson Reuters AI tools is expected to arrive later.
