iGan Partners Leads Seed+ Financing for Cosm Medical's Gynecological Devices
iGan Partners has led the first close of a Seed+ financing round for Cosm Medical, a company focused on modernizing pelvic health through personalized gynecological care, announced in a press release. The funding round, which includes new investor Spring Impact Capital and several angel investors, aims to support Cosm's expansion in the U.S., clinical validation, and commercial growth.
Cosm Medical's flagship platform, Gynethotics™, utilizes medical imaging, AI-driven design software, and 3D printing to create custom vaginal devices tailored to each patient's unique anatomy and needs. This innovative solution addresses pelvic floor disorders, a common yet underserved women's health issue affecting up to half of all women in their lifetime.
The Gynethotics™ pessaries are already approved for sale in Canada and the U.S., and Cosm is actively working to expand its presence across North America. The company is also enhancing its clinical dataset and product pipeline to support new applications beyond pessary support, including postpartum and post-surgical recovery.
