IFS and 1X Technologies Partner to Integrate Humanoid Robotics with Industrial AI

November 13, 2025
IFS has announced a partnership with 1X Technologies to integrate humanoid robots with its Industrial AI platform, IFS.ai, enabling unified digital-physical operations across industries such as manufacturing, utilities, and aviation.

IFS announced a strategic partnership with 1X Technologies to integrate humanoid robotics with its Industrial AI platform, IFS.ai, according to a press release. The collaboration, revealed at the Industrial X Unleashed event in New York, aims to deploy production-ready robotics solutions across manufacturing, utilities, aviation, and other asset-intensive sectors.

The partnership combines 1X’s humanoid robots with IFS.ai to create a unified environment where intelligent robots operate within enterprise business processes. This integration is designed to enable real-time orchestration of robotic operations and continuous data flow between physical tasks and enterprise systems.

IFS and 1X will work with select customers to validate robotics use cases such as smart factory automation, IoT-enabled robotics, and field service automation. These implementations are intended to connect robotic hardware directly with intelligent maintenance and operational systems.

The companies plan to make the integrated solutions commercially available in 2026, extending IFS’s Industrial AI capabilities into physical operations. The collaboration follows IFS’s recent AI initiatives, including the Nexus Black accelerator and acquisitions of TheLoops and 7Bridges.
